Craig-made Gatsby’s

So on the Friday after the Argus we decided everyone needed a treat for working so hard.

Craig decided to try making steak Gatsby’s with scrambled egg, chips, lettuce and tomato and the most tender and juiciest steak (the chips being the only ingredient we bought ready-made from Altona Fisheries in downtown Woodstock)

Boy, was it delicious!

Check out the size of that roll!  Mean but thoroughly satisfying.

Bianchi = love

Isn’t it lovely?  Jared’s latest spray work and custom build-up with hand-made leather “Iliad” bar tape and toe straps with Christophe steel toe clips, Brooks saddle and old school Campag crank.

Unfortunately the owner of this beauty had a crash before the Argus and injured his arm, so the only thing he will be able to do for the next two months will be to stare at it longingly and dream about how his first outing on it will be.  I suppose he still owns it, which is slightly consoling and is more than most of us can say…
